Oven baked bread with Bread machine help ======================================== 1) Start dough in breadmachine on "dough" setting for 2lbs (two 9x6 pans) 2) Remove from machine + cut in 1/2 3) Pat into rectangle about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick w/long side facing away from you 4) Fold 1/3 from back to middle. Then fold bottom 1/3 from by you to middle 5) Rotate dough 90 degrees and do same as #4. This should give you a square like piece of dough 6) Turn over so seam is on bottom and put in pan coated with cooking spray 7) Push down, but you don't have to push all the way to edges, it will expand 8) Repeat for other 1/2 of dough 9) Cover both with dishtowel or plastic sprayed with oil 10) allow to rise in warm space 45 minute (it should rise up past top of pan) 11) About 20min before done pre-heat oven 12) Cut 1/4 inch slit down middle to allow it to expand (and look professional) 13) Bake at 350-375 for whole grains or lots of ingredients. 400-425 for leaner doughs 14) Cooking time is about 30-45 minutes when top is firm + brown. Bottom should make hollow sound when tapped. 15) Take out of pan immediately and cool on rack when done.
